S & B Law Firm was founded by Sheila Salomo, Rugun Rohana Tobing nee Breiner and Nirwati Sanusi in 2008. Both Sheila and Rugun were previously worked in Hotma Sitompoel and Associates since before 98’s Indonesian crisis. For more than 11 years, our office located in The East Mega Kuningan before we move to the new building in Wolter Monginsidi. The firm has handled a variety of cases spanning from Bankruptcy, Corporate Legal, Intelectual Property Rights, Labour Law and Workplace Management, Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Real Estate and Land Law and many more with more than hundreds of cases if it is not thousand.
Now, Both Rugun Rohana Tobing and Nirwati Sanusi have semi-retired but ocassionally served as an off-counsel for the firm whenever needed. The firm has also senior member in the like of Ria Hetharia Sitompoel who has been with the firm since its opening date. She has more than 30 + years experience as a lawyer.
In present days, the world is changing(hence the legal practice has changed) and asking for the youth to come forward. Our firm makes sure the generation transition runs smooth that the new generation can learn and have the experience of the senior. So that client’s needs would be best protected by the accumulations of both experience and energetic ability.

Sheila Salomo
Sheila Aryani Salomo started her practice in Indonesia since 1991 and became a curator in 1999. Prior to establishing S & B Law Firm, Sheila joined one of Indonesia’s well-known dispute firm where she was involved in bankruptcy, criminal, and civil cases. While intensively involved in various corporate transactions, Sheila is widely recognized for her work on dispute resolutions. In 2011, Sheila represented Allied Ever Investment againts PT. Kertas Nusantara(Kiani Kertas) for their receivables of USD 40 Million. Outside her work as a lawyer, Sheila is widely known for her active involvement for legal matters faced by several nonprofit organizations such as legal aid institute, foundation, hospital, religous institutions, etc.

Reza Reynaldi L
Reza Reynaldi commenced his legal practice in 2009. First, he practiced as a public defender at Mawar Saron Legal Aid in Jakarta, handling cases spanning from labor law, criminal, and civil law. In 2011, he joined S&B Law Firm and became a partner in 2014. In 2017, he represented Chinese oil giant Sinopec Seismic Division in Indonesian Indonesian Bankruptcy court as a creditor for their millions of dollars receivable. In 2019, he advised and represented local consortium in Kereta Cepat Jakarta Bandung Project with their Chinese counterpart. Throughout his time at S&B Law Firm, he has advised and represented, one after another, two of the three biggest record label company in the world in their Indonesian operation specifically on property rights law. He also writes a legal blog on his website

Michel Stanly
Businessman turned lawyer by passion. He is the founder of Stanley Motor and several other mining companies, and his own law firm before join The firm in 2015. His specialty is in commercial and criminal law. Michel is also active in stock exchange trader business and law. In the past he has represent many clients including celebrity in their family law cases.
